Keystone is always a favorite.
You have the rock jetty to go out on, watch for the current though as it can pulll you within a foot or so... towards the end. It also has the Warf/pier which is great for macro shots. Pilings are covered, fish on the bottom, kelp crabs, anemones all over the place and kelp so it makes for a great dive.
Not too much inbetween the jetty and the pier. If you stay above 30'(depending upon tides) you can cruise from the pier to the jetty, again, sort of a sand, pebble bottom without much there.

Keystone is a Great place to go for a quick dive. The jetty provides all the nooks and crannies for the critters to hide. Pretty much a macro dive, but in good conditions would be a great dive. Plenty of things to shoot (pictures only).
