A good dive for an Annual Rinse the Gear dive.
Easy to get to, nice park like surrondings and people playing with their dogs. Diving is easy, just a gental slope to as deep as you want to go. It's pretty much a "Moonscape" with high silt if you muck up the bottom. Mill foil is at the 20' to 5'range as is pretty much a jungle. Lotsa golf balls, so freshwater clams/oysters? I dunno what they are.
You might try going south to the creek as I'm told there are small walls and more of a terrain to view. Otherwise is just a mud slope. Vis was about 15-20 when this report was made, see gallery to the right here >
A good dive for once a year or a gathering for a picnic or such things.
